Galveston Island in January

Galveston, Texas in January is beautiful, sometimes foggy, rainy and there are a lot less tourists. This year in January it has been obnoxiously foggy, but it does make for some eerie pictures.

Going to the beach is so much fun, mostly because there are no tourists out. My puppy, Roo, loves the beach and even plays in the water when it’s freezing cold. Other fun surprises at the beach are the jellyfish blooms. A Portuguese Man O’ War just occurred just this past weekend.

Foggy beach pictures are the best!

Here are some fun sea creatures pictures: Goose Barnacles (Left) and Portuguese Man O’ War (Right)
