Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers

_MG_7477I usually don’t eat burgers, but these turkey burgers are to die for! I usually pop a cheese slice on mine and eat it plan. Really healthy, filling, quick, and easy!

Takes- 35 minutes     Serves- 8 people    Calories- 233

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Directions:

  1. Preheat a lightly oiled pan at medium-high heat
  2. While the pan is preheating, mix together the eggs, garlic, feta, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl. Form about 8 patties
  3. Cook burgers in pan for 5-6 minutes on each side

Plate and ENJOY!
